This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Forksy regarding your use of the Forksy mobile application (“the App”). If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, this EULA also incorporates any terms set by those stores.
License
Forksy grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on any device you own or control, in line with the rules of the store where you got it.
Restrictions
- Don’t decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code.
- Don’t sublicense, rent, or sell the App.
- Don’t use the App to violate any law.
Maintenance and support
Forksy is solely responsible for any maintenance and support. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App.
Warranty
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce its terms against you.
